After more than a decade as a professional circus performer and several years refining my craft in gastronomy, I’m embarking on a new adventure as a Superyacht chef alongside my husband. Together, we previously co-owned and operated the kitchen of an exclusive tennis club in Stuttgart, where we fused casual comfort food with refined fine dining, creating five-course menus expertly paired with wines. Beyond daily service, we designed immersive dining experiences through themed events for up to 80 guests. Now, we’re bringing our passion, skills, and yacht training to the open sea, crafting unforgettable culinary moments

After nearly a decade in land-based gastronomy, I set my sights on the sea. A conversation with a guest introduced me to the world of yachting, turning a new career path into reality. Six years as a waiter in my family’s restaurant and five years as a Chef Patron built a solid foundation, now further strengthened by professional culinary training. Excited to bring my passion and expertise to the world of Superyacht Chefs.
We are Thula and Lion, two passionate chefs who found each other across continents, united by our shared love for the art of cooking. Born on opposite sides of the globe, we bring a unique blend of cultural influences and culinary traditions to our craft, a fusion that not only reflects our individual backgrounds but also embodies our vision for the future of gastronomy.
